Jon Liggett
Jon Liggett, known professionally as Yawn, is an American-trained actor and creative professional based in Hollywood, with roots in the San Francisco Bay Area arts scene. He trained at Foothill College Conservatory, American Conservatory Theater, and Bennett Theater Lab, and earned a B.A. in Theatre from San Francisco State University, specializing in classical technique, ensemble work, Commedia dell’arte, clowning, and character-driven performance. On screen, Jon appeared in The Princess Diaries 2 alongside Julie Andrews and Anne Hathaway. His work also includes assistant directing on festival-premiering short films and a strong presence in voice-over, where he is known for dialect work, character voices, and tonal precision. Recent credits include narrating the audiobook series Dance of the Goblins, portraying Celery in a UCLA thesis project The Holy Trinity, and performing in the new TV comedy series Periwinkle’s. He currently works as a stand-in for Josh Molina, Andy Cohen, and Chris Parnell.
